Getting Your Money Back to PayPal, Venmo or Play+
Withdrawals go back through the same method you used to deposit — if you funded with PayPal, your cashout routes to that PayPal account. Head to the cashier, select Withdraw, and choose your payout destination. Before we can process the request, your account verification needs to be complete; if it isn't, you'll see a prompt to finish that step first. Processing times
depend on your payment provider after we approve the request on our end. Venmo and PayPal tend to move quickly once approved; Play+ balances are accessible as soon as the transfer posts.
- Go to Withdraw — Open the cashier from your account menu and select the Withdraw tab. Your eligible payout methods appear based on how you deposited.
- Pick your destination — Choose PayPal, Venmo or Play+. The account linked to your deposit is shown automatically — confirm it before continuing.
- Enter the amount — Type the amount you want to withdraw. We'll show any minimum or maximum limits for the selected method before you confirm.
- Submit and track — Submit the request and watch your transaction history for status updates. You'll see when we approve it and when your provider receives the funds.
